Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

It must include all original packaging and tags.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

All returns must be approved by our customer service team before being sent back.
⚠️ Important: Items sent to our office at 15 Parker Blvd, Eastampton, NJ 08060 will not be accepted or processed.
How to Initiate a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with:

A return shipping label (if applicable).

The correct return address and step-by-step instructions.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was delivered, contact us immediately at support@shopperspreferredchoice.com with:

Clear photos showing the issue.
We will evaluate the problem and provide a resolution — either a replacement or a full refund — at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom-made or personalized items

Personal care items (e.g., opened cosmetics, hygiene items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards

Digital/downloadable products

Sale or clearance items

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original product.

Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Eligible items must still be:

Unused

In their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping.

If your order has already shipped, you must wait to receive it and then initiate a return.
