  • If an order is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any associated restocking costs.

  3. Claims may take up to 30 days for carrier resolution.

⚠️ Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled and not eligible for automatic refunds or replacements.

If part of your order is unavailable:

  • Available items will ship immediately.

  • A full refund will be issued for the out-of-stock products.
