At Shoppers Preferred Choice, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return process.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must include all original packaging and tags.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Items must be approved for return before being sent back.

Please Note: Items sent to our office at 48 Bi-State Plaza, #638, Old Tappan, NJ 07675 will not be accepted and will not be processed.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return:

  1. Contact our customer service at: support@shopperspreferredchoice.com

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you:

    • A return shipping label.

    • Instructions on how and where to send your return.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@shopperspreferredchoice.com with:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos showing the issue.

We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution — whether a replacement or refund — at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Personal care items (e.g., opened cosmetics, hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Sale/clearance items

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you want to exchange an item:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item.

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason, without justification.
Eligible items must still be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received a refund, please contact us at: support@shopperspreferredchoice.com.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is our fault (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to initiate a return after delivery.
