Refund & Return Policy

At Shoppers Preferred Choice, your satisfaction is a top priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help with a straightforward and transparent return process.

Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days under applicable law.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.

  • All returns must be approved by our Customer Service team before being sent back — returns without approval will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@shopperspreferredchoice.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if needed.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with:

  • the correct return address and instructions

  • a return shipping label (if your return is due to our error)

  1. Ship the item using your chosen method; ensure you obtain tracking and keep proof of shipment.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs
– If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we cover the return shipping cost.
– For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color), you are responsible for return shipping costs (domestic or international).
– For international returns, you are additionally responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees incurred.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time — if more than 15 business days pass and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@shopperspreferredchoice.com.

Out-of-Stock or Split Shipments
If part of your order is out of stock, we may ship available items immediately and issue a refund for unavailable items.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you must wait to receive it and then follow our return process. To request a cancellation, email support@shopperspreferredchoice.com immediately.

Reserved Rights
We reserve the right to refuse or restrict returns from customers with excessive or abusive return patterns, mismatched billing/shipping addresses or suspected fraud.
