1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and the following international destinations:
Canada, Australia, Germany, Denmark, Finland, and the United Kingdom.

All orders include free standard shipping, regardless of destination.


2. How long does shipping take?

  • United States: 5 – 12 business days after shipment

  • International (Canada, Australia, Germany, Denmark, Finland, U.K.): 7 – 21 business days after shipment

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

You will receive tracking information for every order once it ships.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can follow your package through the carrier’s official website or our Order Tracking page.


4. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all customers.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns (such as change of mind, size, or color preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.


5. How do I start a return?

To request a return, please contact our support team first so we can provide return authorization and instructions.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We securely accept all major payment methods, including:

8. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email us immediately at support@shopperspreferredchoice.com and we’ll do our best to modify or cancel it.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may still be returned under our 30-day policy.
